It is now painful to sleep on the mattress and I need to sleep in the middle of the mattress in order to get enough support where I don't wake up in the middle of the night in pain.I contacted the company regarding the issue and they were very nice and asked me to send a few specific pictures. We have rotated the mattress per the company recommendations, but the sag persists. Over the past year, I have noticed an increasing sag in the middle of the sleeping section on both sides of the mattress (if you divide the mattress left to right into thirds, the 1st and 3rd section). I purchased a King sized Nectar mattress about 5 years ago, based on reviews and their forever warranty. It would serve them right if they got sued! I also want Nectar to modify their trial claims. This is obviously a scam at best and straight out fraud at worst. I WANT TO RETURN THE ENTIRE THING AND GET MY MONEY BACK. Who in the he'll offers 365 days for a mattress but only 50 for the frame needed to use it! If this is the case then they are fraudulently claiming a 365 day trial when in fact its only a 50 day trial if you purchased the entire bundle instead of just the mattress. Then when you tried to return they refuse stating the frame only has 50 trial. They con you into buying the adjustable with the promise you can return if it doesn't work out. I'm placed on hold then they come back and verify both mattress returns were accepted, BUT the frames are outside of their 50 day trail warranty! What the hell?!? I purchased this under the belief that should it not work out we could return it within 365 days. Now, I had a gut feeling that something was amiss so I reconnected them to verify that both beds would be returned (the king split is really just 2 twin xl's. The told me my return was approved and someone will reach out to me. I went through the process of returning the product since despite our best efforts we couldn't make it work. My husband can't even sleep on the mattress because it causes him alot of discomfort. The bed failed to follow through on many of its promises. I ordered the split king adjustable bed bundle under what was claimed to be a 365 day trial period. This mattress per your customer service and the last mattress, it can be put in the trash. ![]() Im a disabled woman, I can't do it myself so I have will have to hire someone to haul it off myself, while on a fixed income. Their terms are not stated within their advertising (as per the terms, etc or noted with a **** to reference their terms) I trusted them when I exchanged my original mattress for their top of the line, that they would take it back no questions asked To make matters worst, they give you the option of donating your mattress return (which is not available due to covid, still to this day), taking it to the dump or giving it to someone you don't know who may be in need.) With the dumpster option, why are you questioning so called fort, stained or yellowing if it's dumpster bound? So with that being said, they don't do anything with regards to transporting or the fees to dispose of it. Bottomline they are not honoring their statement and the only time I received any information on their terms of return was from customer service when I requested athis return. The 365 day no risk easy return is truly a misrepresentation of the the claim. Still nothing and it's been 2 months back and fourth on picture clarity etc. I've told them it's not dirty and it's the lighting in the room that makes a reflection on the cover. I have taken numerous pictures and the first set was rejected because it looked dirty and yellow. ![]() The mattress is showing yellow on cover in my pictures. I have had nothing but problems with the quality of the new mattress and unable to sleep do to back and shoulder pain, that was so unbearable We are pushing a year and I'm getting the run around on my return. The first mattress I purchase was horrible, I called to do a return and was up sold another mattress and it was highly suggested that I exchange opposed to return. ![]()
